We believe that we are Ohio's oldest Yoga school. We have been teaching Yoga at this location since 1978 and have been training Yoga Teachers since 1982. Our program meets for two hours every Sunday morning and/or Tuesday evening, AND YOU CAN START AT ANY TIME! If you take both two-hour sessions each week, it will take you about one year to receive a 200 hour certification. If you take one two-hour session each week, it will take you about two years to finish.

Our instructors subscribe to the Spiritual Life Society's Ethical Guidelines for Yoga Teachers and to Yoga Alliance's Code of Conduct for Registered Yoga Teachers. We expect our graduates to also follow these guidelines and code of conduct.

Our goal is to support and inspire the Yoga teaching community with education, opportunity, fellowship, and other resources to help us become better students and improve our teaching. Our Mission is to train qualified Yoga instructors that can safely teach asanas and other Yoga practices and can inspire their students to seek and discover their inner selves.
