Cathy completed the Advanced Yoga Teacher Training Program with TRY FOR LIFE Yoga in 2007 and is a registered RYT‑500 with YogaAlliance. She has been continueing her Yoga education by participating regularly in the Teacher Training Program at the Spiritual Life Society. Her focus is on gentle and therapeutic Yoga for all ages. She currently teaches at the Cleveland Clinic for Integrative Medicine in Broadview Heights, Ohio, and offers private and group Yoga sessions.

In addition to her Yoga training, Cathy is a Reiky Master/Teacher.
